This Remote Radio Unit (RRUS 11 B5) is designed for use in WCDMA, LTE and CDMA 850 MHz cellular telephone system, it also support MSR combination with CDMA and LTE; WCDMA and LTE. The transmitter will operate from 869 MHz to 894 MHz. It supports Channel Bandwidth of 4.2MHz to 5 MHz for WCDMA, 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz for LTE and 1.25 MHz for CDMA. The receiver circuit supports 824 MHz to 849 MHz. This remote radio unit (RRU) supports modulation type QPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM for WCDMA and LTE, QPSK, 8PSK and 16QAM for CDMA. The base station operates in the Cellular Radiotelephone Service as per 47 CFR Part 22 subpart H. It meets the requirements of 3GPP & 3GPP2 specification for operation in WCDMA, LTE and CDMA cellular systems. This remote radio unit (RRU) will in normal mode operates at a nominal power out of 10, 20, 30 and 40 watts at each of the output connectors. This Permissive Change request for this Remote Radio Unit (RRUS 11 B5) is to include following, specified in Exhibit 12 Circuit Description: 1) Modifications according to Exhibit 12 Circuit Description Modification Ericsson AB requests confidentiality under CFR 0.459 according to attached letter. We further certify that the applicant nor any party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits, that includes FCC benefits, pursuant to section 5301 of the Anti-Drug abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862. Ericsson AB accept by this request the agreement set out in the document "Bilaga SPCR 125 -Avtal om marknadskontroll för radioutrustning certifierad för USA-marknaden".
