To Whom It May Concern:

Ericsson AB requests a Permissive Change (Type Acceptance)for the above mentioned FCC Identifier.

This Remote Radio Unit (RRUS 11 B5) is designed for use in WCDMA and LTE cellulartelephone system.
The transmitter will operate from 869 MHz to 894 MHz. The receiver circuit supports 824 MHz to 849 MHz.
It supports Channel Bandwidth of 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz for LTE, 4.2 and 5 MHz for WCDMA.
This Remote Radio Unit (RRU) supports modulation type QPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM for LTE and WCDMA.
It meets the requirements of 3GPP specification for operation in WCDMA and LTE cellularsystems.
The Remote Radio Unit operates in the broadband PCS services as per 47 CFR Part 22 subpart H.
This Remote Radio Unit (RRU) will in normal mode operate at a nominal power out of 10, 20, and 30 watts at each
of the output connector. Maximum nominal poweris equal to 2x44.8 dBm / 2x30 W.

This application is only valid for the model specified in the Exhibit 12 circuit description.

This Permissive Change request for this Remote Radio Unit (RRUS 11 B5) is to include following, specified in
Exhibit 12, Circuit Description:

    1)      Support single RAT RAT (Radio Access Technology) for WCDMA, (WCDMA Code Division Access).
    2)      Support MSR (Multi Standard Radio). This Remote Radio Unit (RRUS 11 B5) has the abilty to receive and
           transmits two or more carriers simultaneously, where at least one carrier is of a different RAT (Radio
           Access Technology). This RRU supports MSR with WCDMA and LTE.
    3)      Supports NCS (None—Contiguous Spectrum). This Remote Radio Unit supports spectrum consisting of two
           or more sub—blocks separated by sub—block gap(s).
    4)     Support MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output). This Remote Radio Unit has the ability to transmit with
           Multiple Outputsin the same Band with 3GPP MIMO/Spatial multiplexing and beam—forming technologies.

Ericsson AB requests confidentiality under CFR 0.459 according to attached letter. We further certify thatthe
applicant nor any party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits, that includes FCC benefits,
pursuant to section 5301 of the Anti—Drug abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862.

Ericsson AB accepts by this request the agreementset out in the document "Bilaga SPCR 125 — Avial om
marknadskontroll for radioutrustning certifierad for USA—marknaden".
