dormakaba 04/24/2019 Intertek 1365 Adams Court Menlo Park, CA 94025 Attn: TCB Administrator ‘ FCC ID: T8H—SEICLASS | Label Location Justification dormakaba USA Inc. would like to place the FCC label on the rear face of the module enclosure as shown in the attached photos. The module carrying FCC ID: T8H—SEICLASS will be marketed mounted to a carrier transition board and placed in a plastic enclosure. It is the intent of dormakaba USA Inc. to market the module in this configuration only. The carrier board provides a transition between connectors on the certified module to connectors used on other dormakaba USA Inc. |— products. There are no electrical components on this carrier board that will modify operation of the certified module as previously certified. This configuration is not meant to be disassembled by users. Placement of the enclosure hinders the ability of the user to view the FCC label if placed directly on the transmitter circuitry. Our intent on placement of the label on the carrier board is to allow users to view the FCC label without damage to the module enclosure. We feel that since there is no electrical or RF modification to the certified module, and there are no additional electronics added to the module to constitute a new assembly, that placement of the FCC label in this location as an acceptable alternative.
