Short-term Confidentiality
Pursuant to DA 04-1705 of the Commission’s public notice, to comply with the marketing regulations in
47CFR §2.803 and the importation rules in 47 CFR §2.1204, while ensuring that business sensitive
information remains confidential until the actual marketing of newly authorized devices. We request that
the commission grant short-term confidentiality on the following attachments for 180 days.

  2. External Photos
  3. Test Set up photos
  4. User Manual


These documents contain detailed system and equipment descriptions and related product information, which
the manufacturer/applicant considers to be proprietary, confidential, and a custom design and otherwise,
would not release to the public. Public disclosure the of above information would give competitors an undue
advantage in the market.
The applicant understands that pursuant to Section 0.457 of the Rules, disclosure of this application
and all accompanying documentation will not be made before the date of the Grant for this application.
