    Date:2014/6/20     Federal  Communications  Commission   445  12th  Street,  SW   Washington,  DC  20554     RE:  Request  for  Confidentiality  and  Attestation  for  expedited  Class  III  Permissive  Change     In  reference  to  the  application  under  FCC  ID:  SWX-­‐AF5,  and  pursuant  to  Sections   0.457(d)1(ii)  and  0.459  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  Ubiquiti  Networks  hereby  requests   permanent  confidential  treatment  of  the  accompanying  information  as  outlined  below:     Software  Security  Description     The  above  materials  contain  trade  secrets  and  proprietary  information  not  customarily   released  to  the  public.  The  public  disclosure  of  these  matters  might  be  harmful  to   Ubiquiti  Networks  and  provide  unjustified  benefits  to  its  competitors.     In  reference  to  the  application  under  FCC  ID:  SWX-­‐AF5,  and  pursuant  to  Code  of  Federal   Regulation  47  Part  15  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  The  Applicant  hereby  requests  to  add   the  additional  bandwidth  of  30MHz  be  applied  to  the  AF5  product  in  the  5.4GHz  band.     EMC  and  DFS  test  reports  have  been  included  in  the  submission  to  add  the  additional   bandwidth.    DFS  Exhibition  has  been  presented  to  the  FCC  in  the  original  submission  of   the  application.     Sincerely,     Ubiquiti  Networks,  Inc.   Compliance  Manager     2580 Orchard Parkway • San Jose, CA 95131 • www.ubnt.com
