RE: Request for Confidentiality

In reference to the application under FCC ID: SWX-AF5, and pursuant to FCC 06-96
Section 5.1, Table 1 and 2 of the Commission’s Rules, Ubiquiti Networks hereby attests
that production units for the United States market, when configured for operation under
Part 15 subpart E on separate TX and RX frequencies, the Client device will also enable
DFS functionality similar to functionality of the Master device. The firmware that will
enable this functionality will be incorporated in the initial product release and will be
version AF02-2.0. This can be confirmed via the main index page where firmware
version is displayed and also the system page. The frequency ranges for operation in the
U-NII band are as follows.
