2.2 Assessment Results

As seen in 190400902SHA-001, the max EIRP = 22.83dBm = 191.87mW.

According to client’s information, the product belongs to low transmission duty factor device.
The on time measured is 1.422ms, the period measured is 9.96s.
The duty cycle = 1.422/9960 * 100% = 0.014%

The time-averaged power = 191.87 * 0.014% = 0.027mW < 10mW (Test Exclusion Thresholds of
2450MHz at 5mm)

Therefore, the SAR requirement for the product is deemed to be satisfied without test.
