Honeywell is the parent company and 100% owner of all of the equity stock of Ray, which in turn holds 100% ownership interest in RAE. RAE Systems by Honeywell is a trade name (d/b/a) used by RAE to conduct its business with customers but is not a legal entity separate from RAE.
