The investigation for the EMC performance of the EUT(s), Low Frequency Monitor, Model No. : ITD-34Y was performed in September, 2012 on behalf of Centrak, Inc. It was found that EUTs comply with the requirements of FCC Part 15.209, 15.247, 15.249 and IC RSS-210& RSS-Gen. The system was configured as the typical condition during the test. Enclosed please find the test data/report with application forms. Multiple rules are applied to this unit since it has three transmitters operated in different frequency bands: 125KHz, 904-926MHz and 2412-2462MHz. The measurement facility used to collect the test data is located at Somerset, New Jersey. OATS was listed by IC as “Site 3130A”. In addition, this testing site has been listed by FCC (Refer to: 31040/SIT 1300F2) since 1992 and also recognized under NVLAP by NIST (Lab code 200101-0) since 1997.
