Cedarburg, WI 53012 USA Date: June 16, 2017 Declaration Letter Ref: FCC class II permissive change and ISED Multiple Listing To whom it may concern, Laird is requesting that additional test data and antenna (LSR 915MHz PCB Notch ‐1.5dBi) that was not submitted for the original filing be added to the existing filing for the Laird RM191‐SM module: FCC ID: SQG – RM191 (Original grant date: 5/08/2016) IC: 3147A ‐ RM191; HVIN: RM191‐SM (Certificate date: 5/09/2016) The data to be added is specific to the LoRa operation and functionality of the Laird RM191‐SM module. The additional information is provided supplemental data for the antenna port terminated method as outlined in KDB “558074 D01 DTS Meas Guidance v04”. This information was not provided in the original certification. Along with the additional method is the addition of the LSR 915MHz ‐1.5dBi PCB Notch Antenna.
