Declaration Letter We, the undersigned Moxa Corporation hereby declare. The device FCCID: SLE-WAPA003 complete below list. (1) The device will be used for indoor operations; (2) The band from 5600-5650MHz will be disabled by the software during the manufacturing and which can not changed by the end-user; (3) The device meets all the other requirements specified in FCC part 15.407. (4) The availability of some specific channels and / or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at factory to match the intended destination.
