provided with the submission of the R300S2 under FCC ID: SK9R300S-2 in accordance with
FCC Regulations 0.459. The confidentiality request applies to the following exhibits:

08-0462 – Theory of Operation.pdf

The R300S2 has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron Electricity
Metering, Inc.. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to
the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely
damage the company’s business advantage.
