The confidentiality request applies to the following exhibits: 08-0454 – Internal Photos.pdf Confidentiality of the Internal Photos is being requested because this is a non-consumer device which is not accessible by the general public and is only serviceable by the applicant or designated technicians. The Cell Relay Pole, GSM has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron Electricity Metering Inc.. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company’s business advantage.
