The confidentiality request applies to the following exhibits: 15-0513 – Schematics.pdf 15-0513 – System Block Diagram.pdf 15-0513 – Theory of Operation.pdf The M2GATEWAY2 has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron Electricity Metering, Inc. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company’s business advantage.
