Change in Identification In July, 2004, Itron consummated its purchase of the assets of SchlumbergerSema. Accordingly, the equipment authorizations listed below under SchlumbergerSema grantee code, F9C, should be transferred to Itron Electricity Metering Inc. These grantee codes listed below do not represent the total number of products listed under the F9C code but solely belong to the Itron Electricity Metering Inc. location formerly SchlubergerSema’s electricity metering division. Itron Electricity Metering Inc. is presently a grantee of equipment authorizations, with grantee code SK9, that are used for purposes identical to the SchlumbergerSema authorizations. Upon consummation of the purchase SchlumbergerSema ceased to exist in any form. Specifically, SchlumbergerSema and Itron have manufactured equipment designed to provide automatic utility meter reading services using fixed and mobile data networks. Therefore, Itron Electricity Metering, Inc. can adequately ensure and accept responsibility for continued compliance of the authorizations with the FCC’s regulations. The equipment represented by the new ID numbers will be identical to the equipment manufactured under the original ID numbers. There will be no changes to the original equipment and the original test results continue to be representative of and applicable to the equipment bearing the changed identification.
