The confidentiality request applies to the parts list, schematics, block diagrams, internal photos, theory of operation and manual contained in the following exhibits. 08-0028 – Parts List.pdf 08-0028 – Schematics.pdf 08-0028 – System Block Diagram.pdf 08-0028 – Internal Photos.pdf 08-0028 – Theory of Operation.pdf 08-0028 – Manual.pdf Confidentiality of the Internal Photos is being requested because this is a non-consumer device which is not accessible by the general public and is only serviceable by the grantee or designated technicians. The User’s Guide is very technical and is not provided to the consumer because the consumer cannot service or install the device. Therefore confidentiality of the User’s Guide is also requested. The C2SOD has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron, Inc. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possible result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company's business advantage.
