The confidentiality request applies to the internal photographs contained in following Exhibit: 07-0458 – Internal Photos.pdf Confidentiality of the Internal Photos is being requested because this is a non-consumer device which is not accessible by the general public and is only serviceable by the licensee or designated technicians. The Open Way has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron, Inc. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possible result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company's business advantage.
