The confidentiality request applies to the parts list, schematics, block diagrams, and theory of operation contained in Exhibits 06-0240 – Part List.pdf, 06-0240 – Schematics.pdf, 06-0240 – System Block Diagram.pdf, and 06-0240 – Theory of Operation.pdf. . The Centron Open Way has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron, Inc. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possible result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company's business advantage.
