Bowman Drive Buford, GA 30518 Re: FCC ID: SK9AMI-1A To Whom It May Concern: The following application is submitted on behalf of our client, Itron Electricity Metering, Inc., for evaluation of FCC ID: SK9AMI-1A for a class II permissive change certification under FCC Part 15.247. The FCC ID: SK9AMI-1A contains (2) transceivers which include (1) frequency hopping 900 MHz LAN radio and (1) 2.4 GHz Zigbee radios. The purpose of this class II permissive change is to add new antenna types to the 900 MHz LAN frequency hopping spread spectrum radio only. The antennas included in this filing are directly connected to FCC ID: SK9AMI-1A via an adhesive patch antenna. The intention of the patch antenna is to couple to the integral antenna over-the-air.
