The confidentiality request applies to the following exhibits: 16-0130 – Schematics.pdf 16-0130 – System Block Diagram.pdf 16-0130 – Theory of Operation.pdf The ACT1 has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Itron, Inc. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company’s business advantage.
