NOTE:
(1) This EUT supports 4T4R for RLAN 5 GHz UNII-1and UNII-2A, but 2T2R for WLAN 2.4 GHz &
    RLAN 5 GHz UNII-2C and UNII-3 (WLAN 2.4 GHz & RLAN 5 GHz UNII-2C and UNII-3 use the
    same two antennas).

Test Result
For WLAN 2.4 GHz:

Frequency Average Average Antenna Distance Power Density Power Density
(MHz) Power (dBm) Power (W) Gain (dBi) (cm) (W/m2) Limit(W/m2)
 2412-2462 27.08 0.5108 5.91 20 0.3960 1

For RLAN 5 GHz:

Frequency Average Average Antenna Distance Power Density Power Density
(MHz) Power (dBm) Power (W) Gain (dBi) (cm) (W/m2) Limit(W/m2)
 5180-5240 23.18 0.2080 3.4 20 0.0905 1
  (CDD mode)
 5180-5240 21.88 0.1541 9.42 20 0.2684 1
(beamforming mode)
 5260-5320 17.82 0.0606 3.4 20 0.0263 1
   (CDD mode)
 5260-5320 13.09 0.0204 9.42 20 0.0355 1
(beamforming mode)
 5500-5700 21.67 0.1469 3.5 20 0.0654 1
 5745-5825 22.12 0.1628 3.8 20 0.0778 1

NOTE:
1. WLAN 2.4GHz:
   Directional Gain = 10log [(10G1/20 + 10G2/20 + … + 10Gn/20)2/NANT] = 5.91 dBi
2. For RLAN 5GHz UNII-1 and UNII-2A:
   IEEE 802.11a mode (CDD mode):
   For NANT = 4 < 5,
   Direction gain = GANT + 0 = 3.4 + 0 = 3.4 dBi.
   IEEE 802.11n/ac mode (beamforming mode):
   Directional Gain = GANT + 10log (NANT/NSS) = 3.4 dBi + 10log (4/1) = 9.42 dBi.
3. For RLAN 5GHz UNII-2C (CDD mode):
   For NANT = 2 < 5,
   Direction gain = GANT + 0 = 3.5 + 0 = 3.5 dBi.
4. For RLAN 5GHz UNII-3 (CDD mode):
   For NANT = 2 < 5,
   Direction gain = GANT + 0 = 3.8 + 0 = 3.8 dBi.

Conclusion:
The formula of calculated the MPE is:
CPD1 / LPD1 + CPD2 / LPD2 + ……etc. < 1
CPD = Calculation power density
LPD = Limit of power density
WLAN 2.4 GHz + RLAN 5 GHz (UNII-1 & UNII-2A) + RLAN 5GHz (UNII-2C & UNII-3)
= 0.3960 / 1 + 0.2684 / 1 + 0.0778 / 1 = 0.7422
Therefore the maximum calculations of above situations are less than the “1” limit.
