Applicant         : Yokogawa Electric Corporation

                                           Request for Limited Modular Approval

The modular transmitter (Model: VN210) is designed by Nivis, LLC.
We, Yokogawa Electric Corporation are authorized by Nivis, LLC to apply VN210 in order to equip to the end product
which produced by us. This modular transmitter will be equipped only in like measurement equipment which is produced
by Yokogawa Electric Corporation.
The modular transmitter complies the Modular Transmitter requirement in FCC Part 15 Subpart C Section 15.212 and
Canada RSS—Gen, Issue 2, 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 as indicated below:

                                               [Module basic requirement]

(1) Have its own RF shielding.:
This modular transmitter has it own RF shielding. Please refer to the A1 Photo.

                                              A1 Photo (Modular transmitter)

(2) The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs.:
Data input to Modular transmitter is controlled as not generating excessive data speed and abnormal modulation.

(3) The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation.:
The RF Module do not have voltage regulator. However, this application limited the host equipment,
and EUT‘s voltage is supplied from voltage regulator of the limited host. Therefore, the test voltage was only the voltage
of EUT specification. Therefore, this EUT complies with the requirement.

(4) The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna requirements of Section 15.203 and 15.204(c):
The modular transmitter has a unique coupling/antenna connector (MMCX). And there are two cases for connection from
VN210 output to the antenna input. Case 1 is connected directly from VN210 to antenna by cable. Case 2 is connected
from VN210 to the antenna via a short stub and the cable. For case 2, cable connects to N type connector which installed
by professional. Therefore, the equipment complies with the requirement of 15.203 and 15.212.

(5) The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand alone.:
The modular transmitter has been performed the testing as a stand alone and then confirmed the compliance.
Please refer to the FCC/IC Test reports.

(6) The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC ID or IC number, and, if the FCC ID or IC numberis not
visible when the module is installed inside end product, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed
must also display a label referring to the enclosed module. This modular transmitter is complied with this requirement.:
"Contains FCC ID: SGJ—WFCOO1" and "Contains IC: 8999 A—WICO01 " will be indicated on outside of end product.

                                                                                                           YOKOGAWA

(7) The modular transmitter must comply with anyspecific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter
and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements.;
The necessary explanationto be complied with this requirementis contained in the manual.

(8) The modular transmitter must complywith anyapplicable RF exposure requirements.;
The modular transmitter complies with FCC and IC radiation exposure requirement specified in the FCC Rules 15.247(i),
15.407(1) and IC Rules RSS—102. Please refer to the RF Exposure shect.
