I further certify that appropriate arrangements have been made to assure that production units of this equipment bearing the name SLC20 and FCC IDENTIFIER SDBSLC20 listed in this application will continue to comply with the Commission's requirements. I further certify by signature below that no party (per 47 CFR 1.2002(b)) to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits, including FCC benefits, pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. 853(a).
