The information contained within is a result of extensive investment and development effort by Shyam Telecom, inc. and its disclosure will compromise Shyam Telecom’s Intellectual Property and competitive edge. We thus ask the FCC and IC NOT to publish the enclosed information including Schematics, Block diagram, operational description and the photographs of all portions of the EUT that are contained within the shielded castings, in order to protect Shyam Telecom Inc.’s Intellectual Property.
