   Hello Wei,

I am re-sending this notice because I received an undeliverable error the first time. I tried to reach you by phone also to check the email address.

Review of this application is complete. Please reply to the following items:

Q1: This product fits the definition for a Fiber-Optic Distribution System as described in the FCC Amplifier, Booster, and Repeater Guidance. Since it appears that the Master and Remote units
enclolsures, the FCC guidance requires that they have separate FCCIDS. Please submit a separate application or provide additional explanation.

Q2: The Equipment Code entered in the application was AMP-Amplifier. It appears that the correct Equipment Code for this device should be PCB-PCS Licensed Transmitter. Please confirm

Q3: Equipment Specification information (frequency range, power, freq. tol. emission designator) was not entered in the application. Please provide maximum power in watts for each frequen

Q4: Page 5/40 of user manual specifies an MPE distance of 40 cm. The test report MPE distances are 50 cm indoor, 112 cm outdoor. Please revise the user manual.

   Best regards,

   Tim Dwyer

   Hi Wei,

With reference to Q1, please provide more detail about the connection between MOU and BTS. If the connection is always with cable and never with antenna, then the MOU is a "Non-Transm
Host Units" are subject only to FCC Verification, no FCCID. If this is the case, please provide a confirming statement that the MOU meets the relevant FCC Part 15 Verification requirements. In
the FCCID will be placed only on the ROU. Please also provide an explanation of the purpose of the "Ant." port on the MOU.

In future cases with "Non-Transmitting Hosts", please do not include test data or other information for the host (MOU) in the certification filing.

   Hi, Tim.

Yes. It should be the case you described. I'll send you the detailed info on MOU antenna port, which is not supposed to be used for repeater RF operation. Most likely, it's for monitoring modem

   Thanks again.

   Hi, Tim.

Here is the answer for your Qs:

   1. With reference to Q1, please provide more detail about the connection between MOU and BTS. If the connection is always with cable and never with a
Transmitting Host unit" per FCC definition. "Non-Transmitting Host Units" are subject only to FCC Verification, no FCCID.

YES , BTS is connected to MOU through 30db coupler permanently & is not connected to Antenna
Hence MOU is a "Non-Transmitting Host Unit"
Find system diagram with BTS ,MOU & ROU connectivity

If this is the case, please provide a confirming statement that the MOU meets the relevant FCC Part 15 Verification requirements. In this case the certifica
FCCID will be placed only on the ROU. Please also provide an explanation of the purpose of the "Ant." port on the MOU

This Ant port is used for Modem (for remotely monitoring status of the system), which is not included in this application.

   2. Min. MPE distance is 50cm for Indoor , 120cm for Outdoor will be used in the user manual.

   3. Please see the info on page 5 in FCC report and page 20 in IC report for all the power rating and frequency band info:
   *****
DL frequecny Bands: 869-894MHz and 1930-1990MHz
   Modulation: GSM/EDGE/CDMA

   DL Power Rating:
   1. Max. Composite/Single Channel Output Power: +33 dbm
   2. Rated Multi-channel Output Power in each band:
   1) 2CH +30 dbm
   2) 4CH +27 dbm
   3) 8CH +24 dbm

And UL Power Rating: Rated Composite Power -25dBm ( this may not be useful info for this application anymore since only ROU Downlink ban
   under this approval now)
