REF: Declaration about the 2 variants with FCC ID: RX2RKE192

Dear Sir or Madam:

Due to the business consideration, we hereby declare that our product with FCC ID: RX2RKE192 can
have 2 different variants.

Description of the differences:

1) The enclosure is different for the 2 variants. One of the variants has 2 buttons and the other
variant has 3 buttons so the functionality to open the trunk is disabled in the version with 2
buttons.
2) A push button (the one related to functionality of trunk opener and closing) was depopulated
from the PCB of the version with 3 buttons.
The Bill Of Material (BOM) is the same for the two version except for two components (PB3
and D1) that are not mounted in the 2 buttons version. This differences are listed in the Delta
Bom in Table 1.

Both variants of the product are electrically identical.

— Test report according to Part 15C for the worst case variant (3 buttoms) is valid and applicable for
the variant with 2 buttoms and it is representative of the compliance of this equipment.
