1) Can you provide a statement as to the various readings seen from 3 - 6 GHz. While
   all are in compliance with limits, they appear to violate 15.215(b)...are these from the
   TX portion of the circuit? Note from our discussion earlier today the TX CLA
   portion is always active. In the past we maybe could look at the different
   configurations when the TX portion if off....However for this design it seems we can't
   assume that. See 15.215 below.....This is only a concern if the TX portion of the
   device is causing those emissions.




   All unwanted emissions in the 3-6 GHz range that were higher than the
   fundamental emissions were not from the TX portion of the circuitry.
