1) Current provided labeling is not high enough resolution to adequately read. Please
provide higher resolution labeling exhibit.

XM Answer : We are providing a new exhibit : BunaX_FCC_Label_Zoom.pdf which
shows higher resolution.

2) Please note that in the past 2 weeks, the FCC has taken a hard line that labeling
underneath the battery is only allowed for Cellphones and cordless phones. While
underneath the battery may be allowed, it may only be done so with approval from the FCC.
This will take further time to resolve. It may be beneficial if XM work directly with FCC to
obtain written authorization that it may be done in this case. Alternatively, labeling can be
moved external to battery compartment. Additionally, please note that labeling may not be
placed on the battery cover.

XM Answer : Communications between XM and the FCC has resolved this issue.

3) If the device is being Certified for the PC peripheral portion, then please remove the
DoC logo from the current labeling (bottom center). Please review.

XM Answer : The newly provided label exhibit shows that the DoC logo has been removed
as requested.

4) Please provide an appropriate test configuration photograph exhibit for the PC
peripheral testing.

XM Answer : We are providing a new exhibit : PC_Peripheral_Test_Setup_Photos.pdf as
requested. In addition, the photos have been removed from the Report of Measurements
and the updated version is being provided as a new exhibit.

5) Where can information regarding the response to rotating the mobile modes about 3 axis
be found in the test report?

XM Answer : The Report of Measurements for both certifications has been updated to
reflect this in the Portable Mode section.

6) Test equipment for AC conducted emissions still does not appear to be provided in the
TX report.

XM Answer : The report has been updated with the AC conducted emissions test
equipment.
