Dear Charvey,

Thank you for your reply and my answer is as belowing.

1.Please indicate whether this MIMO device operates as
 a.A 2x2 Spatial Multiplexed MIMO
 b.that drives each antenna incoherently
c.and whether the unit uses Cyclic Diversity.

Ans: a. You can find that the Ralink is a 2T3R device in page 1 of 2860 datasheet . The device supports 2
spatial streams .
        b. Yes
        c. Ralink chipset doesn't support Cyclic Diversity in 11b&g .

The answer is the same the AR680W (RRK-AR680W;AN07T6875)which you have already
reviewed before.

2. The Users Manual does not contain any RF Exposure statements required by FCC
15.247. This device is a USB Dongle that is categorized as a Portable RF Exposure
condition device. Please provide a revised Users Manual RF exposure statement to
address the portable nature of this device.

The following is a possible example of another approved CardBus MIMO Users Manual
RF Exposure statement:
"FCC Statement:
This device has been tested for compliance with FCC RF Exposure (SAR) limits in the
typical laptop computer configuration and this device can be used in desktop or
laptop computers with side mounted USB ports which can provide 2 cm separation
distance from the antenna to the body of the user or a nearby person. This device
cannot be used with handheld PDAs (personal digital assistants). This device and
its antenna must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter."

Ans: Please find the attachment which is the user manual.

3. The SAR test report has photographs of a model DWA-140, which appears to be a
different device. The SAR test photos and test plots are for the model DWA-140 USB
device. Please confirm if these are incorrect photos and plots (and data) and
update the SAR test report and plots exhibits as needed.

Ans: Please find the attachment which is the test plot.
