The output power of the device is extremely low (97.38 dBµV/m @ 3 m, equivalent to 5.1 mW) and far below the 60/f(GHz) mW (60/2.45 mW = 24.48 mW) threshold. For that reason the equipment is categorically excluded from routine environmental evaluation for RF exposure and it is deemed to comply with FCC limits for exposure to electromagnetic fields.
