AUTHORIZATION August 19, 2013 Telit Communications S.p.A Via Stazione di Prosecco, 5/b 34010 Sgonico (TRIESTE) ITALY To whom it may concern, We, the undersigned, hereby authorize Sergey Marker, product certification manager, Alcon Research Ltd. 20511 Lake Forest Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630 USA to act on our behalf, as our agent to apply to the FCC for Class II Permissive Change, in the following matters related to the FCC and/or Industry Canada approval of our product wireless module FCC ID: RIZXE61, IC: 5131A—XE61, report submittal, related correspondence, the signing of all documents relating to these matters, and any other lawful activity necessary to obtain such certification. Class II Permissive Change will cover the following: — Addition of ceramic patch antenna, model WPC25A with MMCX connector (5dBi gain), manufactured by taoglas antenna solutions. Any act carried out by Sergey Marker within the scope of this authorization shall have the same affect as our own. This authorization shall expire 12 months from original date.
