Class II permissive change request letter
   Manufacturer: Telit Communications S.p.A.
   Model: UE910-GL
   FCC ID: Rl7UE910GL

We, Telit Communications S.p.A., pursuant FCC §2.1043, hereby request the evaluation of a Class II
permissive change as described below for the Telit UE910-GL.

The changes made to the currently certified model are firmware related and do not degrade the
  characteristics currently reported and accepted.

No changes to transmit power output, modulation or frequency have been made.

The main changes introduced in the device:

        • The band IV of WCDMA was inhibited by SW configuration.

Therefore, the new model can be considered to be electrically identical to the corresponding already
  assessed radio module.

New user manuals for these models have been developed to describe the firmware commands,
following the general format of the certified models.

  Yours sincerely,

  By Antonino Sgroi
