and we declare than:


1. The module has its own shielding and does not rely on any shielding that could be introduced as a result of
integrating the module into a final product.


2. The module has interfaces that are digital and do not allow excessive data rates or over—modulation to occur.


3. The module has on—board power supply regulation and is therefore not reliant on any PSU regulation from the
host equipment.


4. The external antenna connector provided on the pcb is considered a unique connector.


5. The module has been tested as a stand—alone device.


6. The module will be labelled with a unique FCC Identifier and the integration instruction will document the
requirement for an external label if the module label will not be visible in the final product.


7. The integration instructions have been provided with this application.


8. The module complies with the RF Exposure gfefifli}ements                    fined for devices operated at >20cm from the
