Dear Gentlemen, Please find attached our application for Class II Permissive Change of the Quad-Band GSM module, FCC ID:RI7GE864 for use in wireless alarm control panel, model PowerMax Pro, FCC ID:GSAPWRMAXPRO, prepared in accordance with FCC Rules, part 2. There is NO difference between the originally certified GSM module and the one used in the Powermax Pro, except of antenna in the Powermax Pro is different. The GSM module is equipped with integral metal antenna. The testing according to FCC Parts 22H, 24E was conducted. The grantee’s (Telit Communications S.p.A.) authorization letter with permission to perform Class II changes is included in Application documents. The product testing and this application for certification were performed by Hermon Laboratories, which is listed by FCC, Registration Numbers 90623, 90624.
