Crowder Elite Electronic Engineering Inc 1516 Centre Circle Downers Grove Illinois 60515-1082 Dear Daniel, Subject: 2.933 Change In Identification of Equipment 2.933 (a) This is an application for Equipment Authorization for a Change in Identification of this FM transmitter, for which equipment authorization has already been issued. The TEX150 will continue to be marketed under it’s original HROATFMX150. 2.933 (b) Under the provisions of 2.1043, the variations in construction do not affect the characteristics required to be reported to the Commission. 1. The original identification used on the equipment prior to the change in identification is HROATFMX150. 2. The date of the original Grant of Equipment Authorisation is 02/10/1998. 3. The equipment bearing the modified identification is identical to the original equipment 4. The test results for RHDRVRTEX150 continue to be representative of, and applicable to, the equipment bearing the change in identification. Please refer to the attached Declaration of Equivalence. 5. Photographs required by 2.1033(b)(7) or 2.133(c)(12) showing the exterior appearance of this equipment, including the operating controls available to the user, and the identification label(s) are attached. 2.933 (c) The changes to the equipment fall within the purview of a permissive change as described in 2.1043 and therefore a complete submission is not required.
