IDS will continue to market and sell the product with the FCC ID UFW-OPERADUO but also wants to permit the company Leica Geosystems AG, having its place of business in Heinrich-Wild-Strasse (Heerbrugg, Switzerland) and having the FRN 0009479130, to market the same product under a different FCC ID. This supplementary product’s FCC ID shall be RFD-DS2000. Therefore we the undersigned, hereby authorize Leica Geosystems AG to file a request of change in ID for the product OPERADUO. We also declare that there is no change in the design, circuitry, or construction, and that the original test results continue to be representative of and applicable to the equipment.
