The confidentiality request applies to the following exhibits: 08-0302 – Schematics.pdf 08-0302 – System Block Diagram.pdf 08-0302 – Theory of Operation.pdf The CWE WALL 2G has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Cellnet Technology, Inc.. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company’s business advantage.
