We, Getac Technology Corporation declare that the device (FCC ID: QYLAP6255M)

1. is acting as slave with Ad Hoc Mode (limited to operate on US/Canada frequencies only)
   supported within following frequency bands:
   a. 802.11bgn: 2412~2462MHz;
   b. 5G Band 1: 5180~5240MHz;
   c. 5G Band 4: 5745~5825MHz;
2. does not have Ad Hoc Mode function on channels within the frequency bands:
   a. Band 2: 5260~5320MHz;
   b. Band 3: 5500~5700MHz;
3. is acting as client without radar detection capability.
4. is not able to operate on non-US/Canada frequencies, country code selection will be
   disabled for this device.
5. In non-associated mode, that software and associated drivers will not initiate any
   transmission on DFS frequencies. This includes transmissions for beacon ad-hoc
