DECLARATION OF SIMILARITY May 3%, 2010 To: Nemko Canada Inc 303 River Road Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1iV 1H2 Dear Sir or Madam: We, Load Systems International Inc., hereby declare that product: Pressure Transducer, model: GS035 are electrically identical as model: GSQO12 (Angle Length Sensor, SAN 26564) tested by Nemko Canada Inc, the results of which are featured in Nemko project: 147585. We declare the GSO12 is the worst case regarding EMC/RF tests among the two models. A description of the differences between the tested model and those that are declared similar are as follows: —The input circuit is different on both models: GSO12 has an angle sensor circuit and a magnet detector circuit used as an encoderfor length measurement. GS035 has an analog circuitfor low voltage signal measurement. —The GSO035 doesn‘t have additional radiation transmitter components. —Both models share the same PCB, core circuit, RF transceiver and enclosure.
