This module will be integrated into a GPS tracking unit (Model LC- 800) manufactured by BI Incorporated. The module was previously certified with a mobile classification. We are looking to add a specific design implementation for BI Incorporated which will use the module in a portable application in a low duty cycle fashion. We are therefore submitting a low duty cycle RF exposure analysis which details how this particular configuration meets the exemption criteria from KDB44498.
