Bantian, Longgang District, Shenzhen, 518129, China hereby to do the original application justification on FCC application: Smart Phone, model: KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3 as following: KSA-LX3 is a smart phone, it supports LTE band 2/4/5/7, WCDMA band 2/4/5, GSM 850/1900 and Bluetooth and 2.4G wifi function. Model: AMN-LX3, FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3 it is a Smart phone which support same frequency bands and function with KSA-LX3 (FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3). And it has been approved on 04/15/2019. The difference between these two FCC IDs KSA-LX3 (FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3) and AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3) as below table:

So in this FCC application for Smart Phone, model: KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3 New test report R1903H0046-E1 for FCC Part 15B have been submitted, and in this test report the radiated emission test data is new test data, and conducted emission test data was refer form the Part 15B test report R1903H0043-E1 of AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data according to Part 15B are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3 New test report R1903H0046-R5 for FCC Part 15C for Bluetooth (DSS part) have been submitted, all the data were refer form the Part 15C for Bluetooth (DSS part) test report R1903H0043-R5 of AMN- LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3 New test report R1903H0046-R6 for FCC Part 15C for BLE (DTS part) have been submitted, all the data were refer form the Part 15C for BLE (DTS part) test report R1903H0043-R6 of AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3 New test report R1903H0046-R4 for FCC Part 15C for 2.4G wifi (DTS part) have been submitted, all the data were refer form the Part 15C for BLE (DTS part) test report R1903H0043-R4 of AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3 New test report R1903H0046-R1 for FCC Part 22H for GSM850,WCDMA band 5 and LTE band 5 (PCE part) have been submitted, all the data except for radiated spurious emission of GSM 850 were refer form the Part 22H test report R1903H0043-R1 of AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3. And only the test data of radiated spurious emission of GSM 850 was new test data for the purpose of verify test result. New test report R1903H0046-R2 for FCC Part 24E for GSM1900,WCDMA band 2 and LTE band 2 (PCE part) have been submitted, all the data were refer form the Part 24E test report R1903H0043-R2 of AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3. New test report R1903H0046-R3 for FCC Part 27 for WCDMA band 4 and LTE band 4/7 (PCE part) have been submitted, all the data were refer form the Part 27 test report R1903H0043-R3 of AMN- LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3. New SAR test report R1903H0046-S1 have been submitted, in this test report only the worst case of each frequency band and mode were retested and other test data were refer form SAR test report R1903H0043-S1 of AMN-LX3(FCC ID:QISAMN-LX3), these test data are valid and applicable and they are representative of the compliance of KSA-LX3, FCC ID: QISKSA-LX3.
