Dear Sir or Madam,

Pursuant to section 2.1043, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Hereby submit a rrequest for class II
permissive change to our Smart Phone, model: AMN-LX3, FCC ID: QISAMN-LX3,
Grant date:2018-04-15.

Description of the change:

    1. Change LTE B2/4/7/28, WCDMA B2/4 and GSM B2 duplexer, the duplexer is a passive duplexer,
       and the parameters are same as before.
    2. Change antenna tuner 4SPST.
    3. Add one kind of earphone (Manufacturer: FOXCINN)

So in this FCC application for Smart Phone, AMN-LX3, FCC ID: QIS AMN-LX3

-New test report R1906H0117-R1 according to Part 22 have been submitted and in this test report only
radiated spurious emission was retested with new duplexer and other test data were referred from
original application test report R1904H0043-R1V1 and the test data are still effective and they are
representative of the compliance of this C2PC application.

-New test report R1906H0117-R2 according to Part 24 have been submitted and in this test report all
test items were retested with new duplexer applicable to representative of the compliance of this C2PC
application.

-New test report R1906H0117-R3 according to Part 27 have been submitted and in this test report all
test items were retested with new duplexer applicable to representative of the compliance of this C2PC
application.

-New test report R1906H0117-R4 for 2.4GWiFi according to Part 15C have been submitted and in this
test report only add the information of earphone without testing and all test data were referred from
original application test report R1904H0043-R4 and the test data are still effective and they are
representative of the compliance of this C2PC application.

-New test report R1906H0117-R5 for Bluetooth according to Part 15C have been submitted and in this
test report only add the information of earphone without testing and all test data were referred from
original application test report R1904H0043-R5 and the test data are still effective and they are
representative of the compliance of this C2PC application.

-New test report R1906H0117-R6 for BLE according to Part 15C have been submitted and in this test
report only add the information of earphone without testing and all test data were referred from original
application test report R1904H0043-R6 and the test data are still effective and they are representative of
the compliance of this C2PC application.

-New SAR test report R1906H0117-S1 has been submitted in this applicable to representative of the
compliance of this C2PC application. In this test report all GSM1900, WCDMA Band II/VII and LTE Band
2/4/7 were retested with new duplexer and test the worst case for other modes base on test report
R1904H0043-S1 and the test data are still effective and they are representative of the compliance of this
C2PC application.

-New EMC report R1906H0117-E1 according to 15B had been submitted and in this test report only
radiated emission was retested with new earphone and other test data were referred from original
application test report R1904H0043-E1 and the test data are still effective and they are representative of
the compliance of this C2PC application.

So in this C2PC application below new documents was submitted:
     BOM List
     Internal Photos
     Part15B Test Setup, Part15C Test Setup, Part22&24&27 Test Setup, SAR Test Setup
    
The other documents from the original application remain unchanged, they are still effective and
representative of the compliance of this C2PC application.
