herein submits items for Class II Permissive Change for, FCC ID: QIPMC75.

Description of Changes:
The equipment is modified with the following updates:

• Updated software version
• Updated IC versions
• Minor part value changes
• Second solution PA
• Revised PCB (B2.11)

A new FCC Test Report is submitted to report no characteristics originally reported in the test
reports degraded.
In addition, new internal photo is submitted to illustrate the revised PCB.
