Item 1:         See photos included with this email.

Item 2:         See Block Diagram included with this email.

Item 3:   The sole purpose of the intentional radiator portion of the TPS
Plus console is to read/write/recognize RFID tags.

Item 4:   Yes, the device senses the handpiece to determine if it supports
cutter recognition. Then the RFID searches for a tag. The tag is located in the cutter
which is in the handpiece. The RFID transceiver recognizes the cutter tag.

Item 5:         See Page 25 included with this email.

Item 6:   The Rhode & Schwarz software provides the transducer factor (trans
dB) on the chart, but the factor has already been added to the final #(results). There is
no need to add or subtract this from the results, the transducer is provided for reference
only.

Item 7:         See Pages 22 & 25 included with this email.

Item 8:        Will be send on Saturday (July 26th) or Monday (July 27th)

Item 10: As stated in Sections 15.105 (c) and 15.103 (e) this device is exempt,
therefore, 15.105 user information is not required for specialize medical devices. Only a
licensed health care practitioner will be using this equipment.
