FCC ID: Q9DAPINR15515P Regarding Uniform Spreading requirements for DFS operation identified in FCC 06-96 in ET Docket 03-122; "Uniform Channel Spreading: The spreading of U-NII device Operating Channels over the 5250-5350 MHz and/or 5470-5725 MHz bands to avoid dense clusters of devices operating on the same Channel." We declare the device provides on aggregate a Uniform Spreading of the Operating Channels across the entire band. This applies to the 5250-5350 MHz and/or 5470-5725 MHz bands.
