FCC ID: Q9DAPINR108109 Aruba Networks is filing for a permissive change to add operation in 5250 - 5350 MHz and 5470 - 5750 MHz U-NII DFS bands to include operation on the Weather Band as well as Channel 144 (5720MHz) Output power in the 5250-5350MHz and 5470-5725MHz bands will be the same as the power noted in the C3PC approved on 09/23/2013. The Tx power for the channels overlapping the TDWR band will operate at the same power levels as the center channels for the UNII2c band documented in the original RF reports. We declare that the above identified equipment has had no hardware changes implemented or changes to the output power, modulation, bandwidths or Software Distribution and Security documentation for this device, only via Aruba Networks controlled Software will these changes be enabled.
