National Technical Systems TCB 41039 Boyce Road Fremont, CA, 94538 FCC ID: Q9DAPINR108109 To whom it may concern: The enclosed documents constitute a formal submittal and application for a Class III Permissive change for an IEEE 802.11 access point pursuant to the following rules: Subpart E of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47), UNII Devices The purpose of this C3PC is to re-enable the DFS bands. Operation in the DFS bands will be consistent with the C3PC granted on 09/23/2013, with the exception of the DFS radar-detection function. A new DFS test report has been provided. All of these changes are made via software. No hardware changes were made. National Technical Systems, as duly authorized agent prepared this submittal. A copy of the letter of our appointment as agent is included with the application.
