Aruba Networks is filing for a permissive change to update to the rules
specified in FCC Docket No. 13-49 as modified by MO&O 16-24.

We are applying under 15.407 (b)(4)(ii) for operation in the 5725-5850MHz
band, as allowed by KDB 926956 D01 U-NII Transition Plan v01r06.

We declare that the above-identified equipment has had no hardware
changes or changes in output power and that all emissions comply with
15.247(d) for all antenna configurations.

RAP-109: Four integrated omni-directional antennas for 2x2 MIMO with
maximum antenna gain of 5.0 dBi in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

RAP-108: Two RP-SMA connectors for external dual-band antennas listed
