FCC ID: Q9DAPINH205 Regarding Class III Permissive Change Application to reduce the Maximum Tx Power and address DFS SW As the result of a TCB Audit performed by NTS Labs on a current production sample of the APINH205 it was discovered Maximum Tx Power reduction is required to show conformity. Aruba will lower the maximum conducted output power as described in the test report included in this C3PC filing. The Tx Power reductions will be implemented into Aruba’s proprietary SW. This software will be pushed out to automatically update all devices currently deployed. All new production devices will incorporate the updated software. Firmware Version used for APINH205 for the original certification is: ArubaOS 6.4.4.0 Build: 48068. Firmware Version used for APINH205 for permissive change to add DFS bands: ArubaOS 6.4.4.0 Build: 49482. Firmware Version used for APINH205 to address TCB audit findings is (this C3PC application): ArubaOS 6.4.4.0 Build: 52699. All subsequent software versions releases will have all required regulatory changes implemented. There are no hardware changes implemented on this device. This permissive change application is the second permissive change filed since the original approval issued 03/17/2015.
