National Technical Systems TCB 41039 Boyce Road Fremont, CA, 94538 Date: May 13, 2016 FCC ID: Q9DAPINH205 IC: 4675A-APINH205 To whom it may concern: The enclosed documents constitute a formal submittal and application for a Class III Permissive change / Reassessment for an 802.11abgn/ac access point pursuant to the following rules: Subpart E of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) , UNII Devices RSS-Gen Issue 4, November 2014, “General Requirements for Compliance of Radio Apparatus” RSS-247, Issue 1, May 2015, “ Digital Transmission Systems (DTSs), Frequency Hopping Systems (FHSs) and Licence-Exempt Local Area Network (LE-LAN) Devices” The applicant is making a software change that reduces power in the 5GHz band. This is based on finding of testing during a TCB audit. In addition, a DFS test report has been provided to address a software change that affected the in-service monitoring results for the bin 5 radar. National Technical Systems, as duly authorized agent prepared this submittal. A copy of the letter of our appointment as agent is included with the application.
